SYS/ SYSTEM/ SCOTT accounts are LOCKED.


SYS/SYSTEM/SCOTT are not working:

1. Open command prompt.

2. Type: sqlplus / as sysdba.

3. ALTER USER <username> ACCOUNT UNLOCK;

No Response to "SYS/ SYSTEM/ SCOTT accounts are LOCKED."
